Welcome to GrandBuses! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. General Terms

  • GrandBuses provides bus rental services for various travel needs, including city tours, corporate travel, school trips, and event transportation.

  • By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI.

  • Cancellations or modifications to bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip to avoid penalties.

3. Pricing and Charges

  • Our pricing is based on the type of bus, distance traveled, and duration of rental.

  • Additional charges may apply for toll fees, parking, interstate permits, and driver allowances.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be subject to additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the journey are eligible for a full refund..

  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the trip are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours)

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must comply with all local laws and follow safety guidelines provided by our drivers.

  • Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or illegal substances inside the bus is strictly prohibited.

  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings, and GrandBuses is not liable for lost items.

6. Service Limitations

  • We strive to provide reliable and on-time services; however, we are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a vehicle breakdown occurs, we will arrange for an alternative bus or refund the booking amount.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • GrandBuses shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the refund of the amount paid for the booking in case of service failure.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information solely for booking purposes and customer support.

  • Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
