At GrandBuses, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality bus rental services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

If GrandBuses cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Any transaction fees incurred during booking may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

4. Partial Refunds

If a trip is cut short due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions), partial refunds may be provided at the company’s discretion.
