If GrandBuses cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Any transaction fees incurred during booking may be deducted from the refund amount.
If the customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
If a trip is cut short due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions), partial refunds may be provided at the company’s discretion.
